OzXCorp Returns & Exchanges Policy

At OzXCorp, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. All returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products not in their original condition
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Custom, special, or made-to-order products

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Regular Priced Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Sale Items: Eligible for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt, as store credit or exchange only.
  • All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping and Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Returns are subject to repacking fees, where applicable, to account for damaged or missing packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at support@ozxcorphelp.zendesk.com
     to request authorization.
  2. Prepare the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent.
  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

Inspection and Refunds

  1. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  2. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after verification that the returned product meets the eligibility criteria.
  3. OzXCorp reserves the right to deduct fees for damaged or incomplete packaging, including applicable repacking fees.

Consumer Guarantees

  • This policy is provided in addition to statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights.
  • Customers remain entitled to remedies for major failures or goods not of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law.

Policy Enforcement

OzXCorp reserves the right to decline returns or limit refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or repeated non-compliance with this policy.
